He has extensive international experience crafting, delivering and operating shared IT services and infrastructure in diverse industries and cultures. These skills coupled with his leadership and team building abilities lead to optimal solutions that drive sustainable business value.

Prior to founding Mericit Systems, Inc. Mr. Bruckstein was the Chief Technology Officer at Columbia University and has held senior level positions with General Instruments, Computer Associates, Participants Trust Company, and with Cendant Corporation (Avis Rental Car and Hotel/Travel divisions) where he led operations and projects for IT Service Delivery and Custom Software Development. Irv holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics as well as a Masters Degree in Business / Information Technology.

Christopher Robitaille is a highly accomplished IT veteran having managed large global networks, implemented cutting edge technologies, and managed technology migrations. He is a recognized virtualization, Windows Exchange and systems engineering expert. He has extensive experience designing integrated systems solutions including hardware, software, networks and high availability architectures. He has a zeal for technology that enables him to design leading edge solutions and his attention to detail serves his clients by allowing Chris to meet his projects on time and on budget. Chris is certified in a broad range of technologies including Novell, Windows and VMWare.

Prior to joining Mericit, Chris worked in or consulted to a variety of industries from health care to higher education. For Bristol Meyers Squibb he designed and led numerous projects and led the analysis to resolve numerous network and backup problems in North American and European sites. He was the technical director for the implementation of Columbia University's first virtualization project covering 50 servers at 10% of the budgeted cost. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Drexel University.

Doron Livny is a senior data center, technology infrastructure and network engineering expert with credentials across multiple technology disciplines. His passion and proven skills combine cutting edge technological savvy and a tenacity to propel companies to higher IT operational efficiency and profitability. His background in network design, routing and switching, and WAN technologies including DMVPN, MPLS, Frame Relay and Point-to-Point networks has provided enormous benefit to the technology solutions for clients. Doron has excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Prior to joining Mericit Systems, Inc., Doron had held numerous engineering positions with various IT consulting firms, where he designed implemented and managed large networks, spanning multiple countries and companies. With a mind set and approach for scalability, as well as simplicity, Doron's maintains the highest level of performance in his designs, without unnecessary and expensive overhead.

Paul leads Mericit’s Program and Project Management practice. He is a highly successful project office leader and project management consultant with a passion for customer service and process driven delivery. His extensive experience as a Big 5 management consultant, operations executive for international systems vendors, and business director provides the capability to deliver the benefits executives demand from portfolios and projects. Paul’s experience in leading complex, global projects across departments, companies and cultures provides an invaluable perspective for ensuring project effectiveness.

Prior to joining Mericit, Paul built and led project offices for Cendant Corporation (Wyndham Worldwide) and Columbia University. He has led projects from small IT integrations through multi-million dollar transformations. His clients include: Walt Disney World, New York University, Carnival Cruise Lines, Aramark, Hilton Hotels and GSI Commerce. All these clients are the largest or the leader in their industry. Paul has worked in over 20 countries on 5 continents and is PMP and ITIL V3 certified. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business & Statistics and a Masters of Science degree in Management.

Beth. Gorin's experience in attracting and growing business spans 15 years and multiple states. She was instrumental in assisting a variety of World-Class and Fortune 500 companies including Braun, Pentax of America, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Eisai Pharmaceuticals, Becton Dickinson, Stryker Pharmaceuticals, Progenitor Cell Therapy, and Tribeca Oven with site selection, obtaining State and Federal funding, and project launch.

Previous positions include President and CEO of Bergen County Economic Development Corporation and Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation.  While there she was the official spokesperson for the organization and created marketing campaigns that promoted and fostered economic prosperity for the County.  She led teams of marketing and public relations professionals in the creation and implementation of policies that supported initiatives benefiting local and national business, as well as the local community.
